<br />WHEREAS, on September 17, 195?, the City of Wirth t~lmated, chid,

<br />Floyd El, Browne and Associates, which plan includes the construction a F an

<br />system is accordance with its Master Plan, and the said corporation rill
<br />agree to sell aid convey the said 1$ ~,nch sewer line to the ~i.ty and the
<br />City to agree to purchase said sewer line, for an amount equ~.3. to the ~di:ffer-
<br />ence between the estimated cost of labor and material for the 1$ inch and
<br />the $ inch s ewer line to be laid in lieu thereof, plus interest thereon
<br />from the date of completion of said 1$ finch sewer line, said interest to b®
<br />at the rate the City will pay on the bonds issued for its said sanitary
<br />sewer system:

<br />Section is That the Mayor and Service Director be and they are:

<br />Shoppers Mart, Incorporated, approving the construction of the l$ inch trunk
<br />sewer as recdmended by Floyd G. Browne and Associates throuh the property
<br />of North Park Shoppers Dart, Incorporated, present financing and con$truc-
<br />tion to be don®_by said corporation, and providing for the purchase cif said
<br />trunk sewer by the City at a later date as part of the Master I?1an far sani-
<br />tary sewers for the C~.ty. Au executed copy of said contract is to be attaches
<br />hereto and made a part hereof as if fully written herein.
<br />Section 2. This is an emergency measure necessary for the public
