t ORDINANCE N0. ~~~~o gy; ~. AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS OF PE~ANENT PARCI~L IiO. 232-2$-3 ON SIL9ERDALE ROAD, NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO. WHEREAS, special assessments have. been certified by the ~a Auditor of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, far the improvement mf Silverdale ~oad, in the Cit of North Olmsted, Ohio, by constructing therein a water main (No. 2~, and WHEREAS, Lela Phillipps has paid said assessments, t©gether with the interest thereon, on Permanent Parcel No. 232-2~3-3 an Silver- dale Road, in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMS~ED, STATE OF OHIO: That the Auditor of Cuyah®ga County be and is hereby author- ized and directed to cancel all future assessments, beginning with the assessments for the year 195$ and c®ntiauing through 1960, certified and levied on Permanent Parcel No. 232-2$-3 on Silverdale &aad, North Olmsted, Ohio and which assessments were certified and levied fir the improvement of Silverdale Road, by constructing therein a water main (No. 2) . That the annual assessments for said improvement including interest at the rate of 2-3/4~ on said premises amounted to the sum That the Treasurer of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in full, with interest of such assessments beginning with the year 195$ and continuing through 1960. That the Clerk is ordered to certify a copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. This is an emergency measure necessary for the public peace and safety and to provide immediately for the cancellatio special assessments which have been paid in full.
