S. 99:7.01 <br />333.01 DRIVING OR PHYSICAL CONTROL WHILE INTOXICATED. <br />(a) No person who is under the influence of intoxicating liquor, narcotic drugs, or <br />,.,.. opiates shall operate any vehicle within 'the Municipality. (ORC 4511.19) <br />(b) No person who is under the influence of intoxicating liquor, narcotic drugs, or <br />opiates shall be in actual physical control of any vehicle within the Municipality. <br />(Ord . 613. Passed 7 -7-42. ) <br />333.02 RECI{LESS OPERATION ON STREETS, PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY. <br />(a) No person shall operate a vehicle without due regard for the safety and rights of <br />pedestrians and drivers and occupants of all other vehicles so as to endanger the life, <br />limb, or property of any person while in the lawful use of the streets or highways. <br />(URC 4511.2U; Ord. 613. Passed 7-7-42. ) <br />(b) No ix`rson shall operate a vehicle, without due regard for the safety and rights <br />of pedestrians and drivers and occupants of all other vehicles so as to endanger the life, <br />limb, or property of any person while in the lawful use of any public or private property <br />other than streets or highways . <br />This subsection does not apply to the competit}vc operation of vehicles on public or <br />private property when the owner. of such property knowingly permits such operation <br />thereon. (URC 4511.201) <br />333.03 SPEED LIMITATIONS; ASSURED CLEAR DISTANCE AHEAD. <br />No person shall operate a motor vehicle in and upon the streets and highways at a <br />speed greater or less than is reasonable or proper, having due regard to the traffic, <br />surface, and width of the street or highway and any other conditions, and no person shall <br />drive any motor vehicle in and upon any street or highway at a greater speed than will <br />permit him to bring tt to a stop within the assured clear distance ahead. <br />
