<br />?nTHEREAS, the Planning Commission had had submitted to it for its
<br />consideration and approval by the Columbia Estates Subdivision a plot plan
<br />reflecting thereon the resubdivision of certain lots in its subdivision
<br />previously approved for the purposes of resubdividing sublots 1, 2, 3, !~,
<br />5, 6, 7 and Block "A" permitting the straightening of lines of said lots
<br />for the more advantageous use of said lots by the developer and which .the
<br />Planning Commission, after study, approved and forwarded its approval to
<br />the Council, and
<br />~~THEREAS, Council, upon being advised of the proposed resubdivision
<br />by the Engineer, indicating the purposes for the resubdivision and that in
<br />effect it would not alter or vartT the lots from the requirements under the
<br />ordinances of this City,
<br />NOG7, TIi~1REFGF.E, BE TT Tt~1Sc;~L~IED by the Council of the City of North
<br />Olmsted, State of Ohio:
<br />Section l; That Council does hereby approve for record purposes only
<br />the plat o.f Columbia Estates Subdivision showing the resubdivision of lots 1,
<br />2, 3, !~, ~, 6, 7, and Block "A", and that as resubdivided determine that said
<br />lots conform to the ordinances and resolutions of this City.
<br />Section 2: wrierefore, this resolution zs hereby determined to be an
<br />emergency measure necessary .for the preservation oi' the public health, safety
<br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted and such emergency e:~ists by virtue of
<br />the necessity of permitting the Tiling for record purposes only of the resub-
<br />division plot plan of the Columbia Estates Subdivision for lots 1, 2, 3, I~, S,
<br />6, 7, and Block "A" therein and upon which the developer has commenced con-
<br />struction utilizing the changes appearing on the plot plan for resubdivision
<br />of the parcels enumerated in Section 1 hereof which Council has determined to
<br />be advantageous and in conformity with the ordinances and .permitting the con-
<br />struction on said parcels as resubdivided thereby not delaying the developer
<br />in the orderly construction of dwellings contracted to be erected thereon.
<br />Section 3: Wherefore, this resolution shall take immediate effect
<br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law.
