fi <br />.~ <br />,. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE CONSENTING TO THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF CERTAIN STREETS <br />AND ROADS BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO. <br />INTRODUCED BY ~ ORDINANCE N0. ~ / a? /02 <br />GIVING THE CONSENT OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />TO THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF certain roads within the City. <br />Wi~REAS, the Board of County Commissioners has tentatively approved a <br />Maintenance and Repair program for the year 196 2 ; and <br />WHEREAS, a number of the roads to be maintained and repaired are City <br />Streets and also County roads known by the following names and lying between the <br />limits designated, viz,: <br />NAME OF RQ~D FROM <br />Barton Road Lorain Road <br />$radley Road E. Line North Olmsted City <br />Wh~REAS, the maintenance and repair may include any or all of the <br />following operations at the discretion of the County Engineer. <br />1. Repairing roadway berms. <br />2. Cleaning and repairing culverts and drainage systems. <br />3. Repairing and maintaining road surface. <br />~+. Mowing weeds on berms. <br />5. Repairing and installing guard rail. <br />6. Installing and repairing road signs and warning signs. <br />j. Painting center lines and marking R.R. crossings. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Ordained by the Council of the City of ` <br />NORTH OI~MSTED , State of Ohio: <br />SECTION l: That it is declared to be of public interest that the <br />consent of the City by and such consent is hereby given to the maintenance and <br />repair on the above mentioned highways between the termini aforesaid, by the Board <br />cf County Commissior..ers . <br /> <br />
