EMERGENCY. <br />NOW, TI-LEREFORE, BF IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Gity of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: The llirector of Finance is hereby authorized and directed <br />to employ the clerical help deemed by him necessary to assist him and the Est- <br />imating Board in the preparation of the spacial assessments fixed by said Board <br />against properties benefitted and in proportion to the benefits to said prop- <br />erties determined by said Board for the construction o#' the lateral sewers, and <br />whose compensation is hereby fixed as not to exceed Two Dollars ($2.U0) per <br />hour for each clerical employee retained or employed for this panrpoes. <br />Section 2: Therefore, this resolution is hereby determined to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public health, peace, <br />safety and welfare of the City and such emergency exists by virtue of tb® est- <br />imating Board's deterriination to proceed as soon as possible in arriving at the <br />estimated assessments for the cost of the construction of lateral sanitary <br />sealers charged to the lots and lands benefited thereby and to the extent of the <br />benefit to said lots and lands which may result from the improvement thereto. <br />Section 3: 'therefore, this resolution shall take irrrimmediate effect <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allc~aed by law. <br />PASSED: :~L~ ~ :.~ ~ lc~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />.~ n <br />LOUISE HALL, CLERK OF CO° IL BRUCE cDONALD, PRES T OF COITNCIL <br />APPROVF;D <br />n 3 <br />/ ' ,.
