CITY OF NORTH OLMST~ <br />h1 ?~~~ <br />ORDINANCE N0. 61 - f~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL AS5ES5MENTS ON P~?MANENT PARCEL N0. 237-16-33 <br />SUBLOT NO. 69 ON GRACE ROA}J, BEING AN ASSESSA~.+TT FOR THE <br />PREPARATION OF DETAILED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS FOR A <br />SEWERAGE SYSTEM FOR TBE CITY OF NORTH OL1~9STED, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMSRG~CY <br />WHYS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of <br />the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />preparation of detailed plans and specifications for a sewerage system in the <br />City of North Olmsted, and <br />~, Robert C. and Ellen K. Burghardt, have paid the sum of X76.68 <br />in payment of the special assessments in advance for the tax years 1961 through <br />1979 inclusive, together with accrued interest levied thereon agairet said Permanent <br />Parcel No. 237-16-33, Grace Road in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINS by the Council of the City of North Olmsted <br />State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be andhe is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 196P through 1979 inclusive <br />being assessments in full for the preparation of detailed plans and specifications <br />for a sewerage system which have been levied for the improvesient of Grace Road in <br />the City of North Olmsted by the installation of a sanitary sewer system. <br />Section 2: That the Treasurer of the City of North Olmsted is hereby <br />authorised and directed to receive payment in advance on such assessments for the <br />period including the year 1979, amounting to $76.68 on said Sublot No. 69. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk is hereby directed to forward an attested <br />copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4s Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the presexwation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of the necessity of making arrangements for the immediate cancellation of said <br />special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 237-16-33 Grace Road for the prepara- <br />tion of detailed plans and specifioations for a sewerage system 5n said Gity, <br />together with interest therecn for the years 1962 through 1979 inclusive, have <br />been paid in full. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take immediate effect <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~ Zt'; <br />f iZ- / ~f <br />ATTEST: <br />ou~se Hall, Clerk of 'oaacil <br />APPR h~:,. <br />~// <br />Pau].
