CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />By_~ /1~G~.-~~ <br />RESOLUTION N0. 61 -~l'~ <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FOR RECORD PURPOSES ONLY THE PROPOSID <br />SUBDIVISION OF THE LORAIN MUTUAL INVESTMt~fiIT CO. AND MICHAEL <br />VARADY OF PROPOSED MICHAEL AVENUE, AND DECLARING AN E~GENCY <br />WHEREAS, heretofore, the plat proposed by the Lorain Mutual Investment <br />Co. and Michael Varac~y, known as the Varac~r Subdivision or Yar-Can Subdivision <br />for proposed Michael Averm.e, has been determined to meet the requirements of <br />the Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, and that certain conditions placed <br />upon said developer for the acceptance of said proposed Subdivision have now been <br />met as reported by the Engineer and the Solicitor. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Cof~ncil of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That council does hereby approve for record purposes only <br />the plat of the Lorain Mutual Investment Co., Michael Varady and Var-Can Realty Co. <br />of the subdivision of proposed Michael Avenue, determining that the conditions <br />heretofore requested of the developer for the acceptance of said proposed subdivision, <br />have been met. <br />Section 2: This Resolution is hereby determined to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public health, and welfare and such <br />emergency exists by virtue of the giving of immediate approval of said plat thereby <br />permitting said developer to proceed with the improvements as said proposed subdivision <br />has been pending for an exceptional length of time awaiting the clarification of con- <br />ditions placed upon the developer and the Planning Commission of the City. <br />Section 3: Wherefore, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />ATT.SST <br />,_.. <br />Louise Hall, Clerk of Council <br />APPROYID: <br />x_ <br />Pau J .
