CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED By_~ /1~G~.-~~ RESOLUTION N0. 61 -~l'~ RESOLUTION APPROVING FOR RECORD PURPOSES ONLY THE PROPOSID SUBDIVISION OF THE LORAIN MUTUAL INVESTMt~fiIT CO. AND MICHAEL VARADY OF PROPOSED MICHAEL AVENUE, AND DECLARING AN E~GENCY WHEREAS, heretofore, the plat proposed by the Lorain Mutual Investment Co. and Michael Varac~y, known as the Varac~r Subdivision or Yar-Can Subdivision for proposed Michael Averm.e, has been determined to meet the requirements of the Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, and that certain conditions placed upon said developer for the acceptance of said proposed Subdivision have now been met as reported by the Engineer and the Solicitor. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Cof~ncil of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1: That council does hereby approve for record purposes only the plat of the Lorain Mutual Investment Co., Michael Varady and Var-Can Realty Co. of the subdivision of proposed Michael Avenue, determining that the conditions heretofore requested of the developer for the acceptance of said proposed subdivision, have been met. Section 2: This Resolution is hereby determined to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public health, and welfare and such emergency exists by virtue of the giving of immediate approval of said plat thereby permitting said developer to proceed with the improvements as said proposed subdivision has been pending for an exceptional length of time awaiting the clarification of con- ditions placed upon the developer and the Planning Commission of the City.
