.~ <br />~~C~- <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE No. 61 -/90 <br />AN ORDINANCE AUT?30RIZING AND DTRFCTI:NG TAE CANCELLATTQN OF <br />SPIDIAL ASSESSME~iT5 ON PERMANENT PARCEL, N0. 23l~-2$-24, <br />MACKENZIE ROAD, BEING AN ASSESSMENP FOR THE PREPARATION OF <br />DETAILED PLANS ANi3 SP~IFICATIQNS FOR A SEWERAGE SYSTEM <br />Ft~i THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, AND DECLARING AN Et~tGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified bY' the Auditor of the <br />City of North Olmst®d, Ohia, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the prep- <br />aration of detailed plans and specifications for a sewerage system in the City <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio, and <br />WHEREAS, Louis Lavoie Construction Comgar~y has paid t?~-sum of $2.88 in <br />full payment of said special assessments, for the tea years 19Ei2 through 1979 <br />inclusive, together with accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent <br />Parcel No. 23~.-2;i-20, Mackenzie Road, in the City of North Olmsted, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T URllAINFD by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby- <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 1962 through 1y79 incluai~, <br />assessments for the preparation of detailed plane and specifications for a <br />sewerage system which have been levied for the improvement of Mackenzie Road <br />in the City of North Olmsted by the installation of a sanitary sewer system. <br />Section 2: That the Treasurer of the City of North Olmsted is hereby <br />authorized and directed to receive paymerrt in advance on such assessments for <br />the period 1962 through 197y inclusive, amounting to $y2.8$ on said parcels. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk is hereby directed to forward an attested <br />copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of C~rahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peas®, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of the necessity of making arrange~-ents for the immediate cancellation of said <br />special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 2311-28-20, in North 41mst®d, Ohio, <br />levied for the preparation of detailed plans and specifications for a sewerage <br />system ir3 said City, together with interest thereon for the years 1962 through <br />1879 inclusive, have been paid in fall. <br />Section 5: Wherefor®, this Ordinance shall take immedi,s~s effect from <br />and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />USED: ~f'7r ~, ,r~ 1~,(' <br />ATTEST : ,.~ <br />,._, <br />{ ~ ~ , r~ <br />3.r,r ~ f d /~.. <br />~ c D, 0 <br />APP80VED: <br />// <br />P , <br />k~ . <br />/~~`~ <br />
