<br />FOR THE SERVICES OF THE M[JNICIPAL SANITARY SE`v,~RAGE SYSTEM
<br />UTILITY IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, AND REPEALI ORDINANCE
<br />2867, ENACTED JUNE 25, 1959, AND DECLARING AN EM~tGENCY."
<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State
<br />Section l: That Section 1 of Ordinance Number 61-156, enacted
<br />August 15, 1961, being an ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance 61-110,
<br />enacted May 16, 1961, amending sub-section a and sub-s®ction b of Section
<br />3 of Ordinance 3159, enacted November 15, 1960, entitled'`eAtt O~rdibahce
<br />Establishing Rates to be Charged for the services of-the municipal sanitary
<br />sewerage system utility in the City of North Olmsted, and repealing Ordinance
<br />2867, enacted Jv~ 25, 1959, reading as follows:
<br />"Section 3:
<br />Sub-Section a: For premises supplied by metered public
<br />water supply, the f ollawing rates shall apply to b® o d
<br />on the basis of water consumption as measured by such water
<br />meter, to wit, x.93 for the first 1000 cubic feet or any
<br />portion thereof of water consumed par quarter, anci at the
<br />rate of X4.93 par each 1000 cubic feet of water consumed
<br />thereafter, but not less than ~~.93 per quarter. In addition
<br />thereto there shall be paid .25 per billing for each quarterly
<br />billing made by the City of Cleveland Water Department to the
<br />premises being supplied by metered public water supply. For
<br />lets payment beyond the due date of said billings sta=le rates
<br />shall be increased .25 per quarter as a penalty for late
<br />payment.
<br />Sub-Section b: For premises supplied, other than by a
<br />metered public water supply, there shall be charged a flat
<br />rata of X5.92 per month provided that for prompt payment of
<br />such billing, when due, by the City of North Olmsted, such
<br />rate shall be reduced to X5.63 per month."

<br />"Section 3:
<br />Sub-Section a: For premises supplied by metered public
<br />water supply, the following rates shall apply t© be computed
<br />on the basis of water consumption as measured by such water
<br />meter, to-wit, X4.93 for tt~ first 1000 cubic feet or any
<br />portion thereof of water consumed per quarter, and at the
<br />rate of X4.93 per each 1000 cubic feet of water consumed
<br />thereafter, but not less than X4.93 per quarter. In addition
<br />thereto there shall be paid .25 per billing for each quarterly
<br />billing made by the City of Cleveland Water Departrr~nt to the
<br />premises being supplied by metered public water supply. For
<br />late payment beyond the due date of said billings there shall
<br />be a penalty of two per ceirt (2~) of the amount of said bill
<br />as a penalty for late payment.
<br />Sub-Section b: For grremises supplied, other than by a
<br />metered public water supply, there shall be charged a flat
<br />rate of X5.92 per month provided that for prompt payment of
<br />such billing, when due, by the City of North Olmsted, such
<br />rate shall ba reduced to X5.63 par month."
