RESOLUTION N0. 61 - /~ <br />BY: - 4~~ - <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That the Finance Director be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to transfer appropriations as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />$ 500.00 from Contingencies to Legal Advertising <br />SAFETY FUND <br />$1,000.00 from Contingencies - General to P.E.R.S. <br />SERV I CE FUND <br />$3,000.00 from Trucks to Repairs <br />$4,000.00 from Ditching to Labor - Street Repair <br />BUS FUND <br />$21,000.00 from Bond Retirement to P.E. R.S. <br />Section 2. That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure in that it relates to the public health, safety and <br />welfare, and to the usual daily operation of the several municipal <br />departments of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Section 3.
