<br />BE IT OP~DAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of tlhio:
<br />Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance 3116, enacted Septe~~iber 21, 1960,
<br />amending Section 3 of 221J.~, enacted October It, 1955, entitled, pAn Ordinance De-
<br />termining Salaries, Wages, and Bonds of Appointed Officials and Employees of the
<br />City of North Olmsted,++ as amended by Ordinance 2273, enacted March 6, 1956;
<br />Ordinance 2357, enacted August 21, 1956; Ordinance 2509, enacted July 15, 1957;
<br />Ordinance 2534, enacted August 20, 1957; Ordinance 2673, enact~tw~;:April 15, 1958;
<br />Ordinance 2791, enacted January 6, 1959; Ordinance 2812, enactael February 17,
<br />1959, and fh~dinance 3099, enacted September 6, 1960, reading as follows:

<br />officials and employees are hereby fixed and determined to be as follows:

<br />measure necessary f'or the immediate preservation of the general public safety and
<br />welfare of the City of North OLnsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of the
<br />necessity.of adjusting the over all payroll increases to be applicable to all
<br />appointed officials of the city.
<br />Section 3: Wherefore, this
