CITY OF NC~tTH C~2,I+~TED <br />ORDINANCE NQ, 61 - tnI <br />~, r D , <br />AN URllINANCE A~~NDING SF,CTI4N 1 of ORDINANCE 3019 EPIACTED MAY <br />!t, 1960, BEING AN C?RI?INANCE A~~lENDIN4 ~'SOLt~T14N 2253, ENACTED <br />JAIJUARY 23, 1956, BEING A RESO~UTSQN FIXTNG THE COrg'ENSATIQN <br />OF THE SECRETARY TO THE CIVIL SERVICE CONIt+~CSST4N, AND DECLARING <br />AN EI~RGENCY <br />NOW, THE'RE'FCJR~, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance 3019 amending resolution 2253, <br />enacted January 3, 1956, being a resolution Eating the compers~ation of the secretary. <br />to the Civil Service Commission, and declaring an emergency, be amended to read as <br />follows: <br />'Section l: That commencingi~.tay 16, 1961, a compensation be paid the <br />secretary of the Civil S®rvice Commission shall be X922.50 per y®au~, payable <br />monthly. <br />Section 2: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace and welfare <br />of the City of North @imsted, and such emergency exists by viristte of making <br />effective the pay increase provided f'or in Section 1 hereof which is at the rate <br />established for increas®s to all personnel in the employ of the Gity of North <br />Olmsted and further by reason of the increased volume of work required of the <br />secretary of the said Civil Service Commission. <br />Section 3; Wherefore, this ordinance sha:11 take immediate effe~at from <br />and after its passage otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />Passed: <br />ATTEST: <br />wse Ha , srk o Cottnci <br />ce Mac na1e1, Press en o ounc <br />~*,~ ,, ~. <br />~ _. ... .. _ 'A~bP.F1lMSate.+n3N~":=',AVah'.fW..~ii i~. ,.i .. <br />
