TO THE ZQNING Bf~A.RD OF AI'PF ~' ANA <br />FIXING Cali?PENSATIBN THEREFORE", AND DECLARING AN ~FtGENCY, <br />Nt}t~T, THEEZ~E, BE TT C}RDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />f~lmsted, State of Clio: <br />Section 1: That Section 2 of Ordinance 3115, enacted September 21, 19&Q, <br />entitled "An Qrdinance creating a Position of Secretary to the Zoning Board of <br />Appeals and ?Fixing Compensation Therefore, and Dec7.aring an Emergency~~ to read as <br />follows; <br />"Section 2: That the compensation for the recordir~ secretary for the <br />Zoning Board of Appeals shall be at the rate of X8.20 per regular meeting, not to <br />exceed twelve meetings per year, in the performance of the duties as recording <br />secretary as fixed in Section l of Ordinance 3115, anti that the compensation of <br />said recording secretary as herein established shall herein become effective <br />May 1:6, 1961. <br />Section 2: That this ordinance is,~hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and <br />general welfare of the City of Nortri Olmsted, and such. emergency exists by making <br />effective May 16, 1961, a uniform salary increase determined by Covnd3..1, to be <br />two-and-one-half per cent (.U25;~) i.neresse ov®r and above the present basic rate <br />of s.al.ary. <br />Section 3: t~lierefore, this ordinance shall take immediate effect from <br />and after its passage, other~rise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~*L/ <br />A'TEST : <br />~~ <br />w.se 1, er o Dune uce cone d, es en of ~ounc <br />APPROVED: <br />-'~ ~ ,~'~ <br />a .~ ,eau, or <br />r <br />f <br />~ <br />AY 7 1961 <br />
