GEEING A STREET PAQING ASSPSSM`1', IN THE CITY <br />flF NORTH OI~TED, AND DECLARING AN E~lEHGENCY. <br />WFiEREXS~ Edward J. and Therese Meszaros have paid special assessments <br />together with accrued interest thereon, levied against Permanent Parcel No. <br />235-12-131 on Decker Rcad for the improvement of said street, in the City of <br />North Olmsted, and <br />WHO, heretofore,. special assessments have been certified by <br />the Auditor of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga <br />County for the improvement of said Decker Road by the construction of said <br />street. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel all future assessments beginning with the <br />year 1961 and continuing through the year 1968 inclusive, which have been <br />certified and levied for the construction of said street. <br />Section 2s 'That the Treasurer of the City of North olmated, is hereby <br />authorized and directed to receive payment in full with interest on such street <br />paving assessments beginning with the year 1961 through 1968 inclusive, which <br />assessment amounts to the sum of ~52.OS per year and for a period of eight years <br />the total sum of X416.64. <br />Section 3: ghat the Clerk is hereby directed to forward an attested <br />copy of this ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County Ohio. <br />Section 4: Therefore, this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace and welfare <br />of the City, and such emergency exists by virtue of the necessity of making <br />immediate arrangements for the cancellation. of said special assessments on <br />permanent Parcel No. 235-12-131 levied for the improvement of'Decker Road in <br />the City of North Olmsted by constructing therein said street which street paving <br />assessments tirlth interest thereon for the years 1961 through 1968 have been paid <br />in full . <br />Section 5: Wherefores this ordinance shall take immediate effect <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />y <br />~~ ATTES <br />LotTISE <HALL, CLEKK OF COUNCIL <br />lsPPRQs :, ~. <br />PAUL J.
