Fahs have paid specie]. assess~aents together With acecrned interest thereon, levied against Permanent PAreel No. 235-12-128-1~9-134 on Decker Road for the ~.rnproven-ent of said street, in the City of North OLnsted, and WI~CRLIS, heretofore, special assessmenta have been certified by the Auditor of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Ca~yaha~ga County for the iu~rovement of said Decker Road by the construction of said street. Section 2: That the Treasurer of the City of North O].ttsted, is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in full With interest on such street paving assess~renta beginning with the year 1g~4 through 1968 inclusive, which assessment amounts to the sum of ~b9.l~0 per year and for a period of l0 years the total sum of X832.96. Section 3: That the Clerk is hereby directed to forward an attested copy of this ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, c~io. Section !t: Wherefore, this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure n®cessary for the pros®rvation of the public peace arm welfare of the City, and such ®mergency exists by virtue of the necessity of making immediate arrangements for the cancellation of said special assessrnants on Fermanent Parcel No. 235-12-12$-129-130 levi®d for the improvement of Decgsr Road in the City of North Olmsted by constructing therein said street which street paving assessments With interest thereon for the years 1959 through 196~t have been paid i n full.
