North Ql~ted, €~io, to the Auditor of Gugai~ga Canmty fmr the <br />preparation of detailed plans and specifications for a sewerage system 3.h <br />the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, and <br />WI.1F~i'EAS, Charles H. and Caral A. Coloian, have paid the sum of ~52.~ <br />in payment of said spacial assessments, in advance fer the tax years 1961 <br />through 1979 inclusive, together with accrued interest levied th~ereca s~gainst <br />Permanent Parcel No. 231-39-118, Eve1~m Drive in the City of North O~stsd. <br />NOb~T, THEftEFQRE, BE IT ORDAINED by the-Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Chio: <br />Section 1. That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorised and directed to caneel for the years 1961 through 1979 inclusive, <br />assessments for the preparation of detailed plans and specifications far a <br />sewerage system which have bean levied for the in~rctvsment of Svs Drive <br />in the City of North Olmsted by the installation of a sewerage system. <br />Section 2. That the Treasurer of the City of North OLestsd is <br />hereby authorised and directed to receive payment in advance on such ass~sss~nts <br />for the period 1961 through 1~7~ inclusive, amounting to $52.~tlt on said parcel. <br />Section 3. That the Clerk is hereby directed to forward an attested <br />copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section !~. Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby dec3lared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary far the preasx~ation of the public puce., health <br />and welfare of the City of North Qlnsted, anti such emergency exists by virtue <br />of the necessity of making arrangements for the imweidiate cancsllatan of said <br />special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 231-39-118, levied for the preparation <br />of detailed plans and specifications for a sewerage systelm in ~~d city, together <br />with interest thereon for the years 1961 through 1979 inclusive, have been paid <br />in full. <br />Section 5.
