CITY OF NORTH OLI~STED <br />,,c_ ORDINANCE NO. 61 -~C3 <br />--~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION OF <br />SPECIAL ASSE~sSMENTS ON P~JL'NT PARCEL NO. 233-25~-6 LORAIN <br />ROAD, BEING AN ASSSM ~' TT FOR THE PRE~'ARATION OF I~E~AIL <br />FLANS AND Sl?ECIFICATIONS FOR A SEWERAGE SYSTEM FOR THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLiTED, AND D~LARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WRE].RL'AS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor <br />of the City of Forth Oimsted~ Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for <br />the preparation of detailed plans and specifications for a sewerage system <br />in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, and <br />WIi ~' , Frederick and Belle Barb, have paid the sum of ~154.2s, <br />iri payment of said special assessments,. in advance, for the tax years 1861 <br />through 19~g inclusive, together with accrued interest levied thereon against <br />Permanent Marcel No. 233-25-6, Lorain Road in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 1861 through 1979 inclusive, <br />assessments for the preparation of detailed plans and specifications for a <br />sewerage system which have been levied for the improvement of Lorain Road and <br />the City of North Olmsted by the installation of a sewerage system. <br />Section 2. That the Treasurer of the City of North Olmsted is <br />hereby authorized and directed tv receive payment in advance on such assessments <br />for the period 1961 through 1879 inclusive, amounting to X154.28 on said parcel. <br />Section 3. That the Clerk is hereby directed to forward an attested <br />copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4. Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of the necessity of making arrangements for the immediate cancellation of said <br />special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 233-25-6, levied for the preparation <br />of detailed plans and specifications for a sewerage system in said city, to- <br />gether with interest thereon for the years 1861 through 1979 inclusive, have been <br />paid in full. <br />Section 5.
