That the cost of such impratirement shall include the cost of 1ega1 services and of <br />obtaining an approving opinion, the expense of pre].3.minaxy and other surveys, and of <br />printing and publishing the notices, resolutions. and ordinates required, the serving of <br />said notices, .and the costs of constructions, together with interest on notes anti bonds <br />issued in anticipation of the collection of deferred assessmnts and other necessary <br />expenditures. <br />Section 5. That the assessments so to be levied sha11 be paid in twenty annual <br />installments, with interest on deferred payments at the same rate as shall be borne <br />by the bonds to be issued in anticipation of the collection thereof; provided that <br />the owner of any Property assessed may, at his option, pay such assessment in cash <br />within thirty gays after passage of the assessing ordinance. <br />Section 6. That bonds of the City shall be issued in anticipation of the collection <br />of assessments by instal.7..ments and in an amount equal thereto and notes of said City <br />shall be issued in aa~ticipation of the issue of such bonds and the levy of such assessments <br />Section 7. That the remainder of the cost of said improvement, after allocation of <br />other City funds e~vailable the , r, and after application of the asseo~smrex3ts herein <br />provided, together with cost of ~' real estate or interest therein pt~ed or <br />appropriated, the costs and expenses of any appropriation proceeding therefor, and <br />damages awarded az~y owner of ad,~oining lands with interest them, together with the <br />costs and s of any such award, steal]. be paid by the issuance of bonds in the <br />manner provided by law. <br />Section 8.
