ORDINANCE N0. 61 -~J' AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL, ASSESSM`EeiTTS ON ALL PEBNiA'NENT PARCEL NUMBERS. 237-29-10 AND 237-30-13 THROUGH 24 INCLtTSIVE, ON RAINBOW DRNE, CEDAR POINT ROAD AND ROCKY RIYEK DRIVE TO LEWIS ROAD, AND DIRECTING REFUNDS OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS HERETOFf}RE PAID WHICH dSS~SSM~'TS ARE FOR THE PREPARATION OF DETAILED PLANS AND SP~IFICATION3 FOR A SEWERAGE SYSTEM F08 THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID, AND D~LARING AN EMERGE~tCY ~v'HERLAS, special assessments have been certified by the Director of finance of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, for the preparation of detailed plans and specifications for a sewerage system i.n the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, and WHEREAS, it is now reported 'to the Council of said City that said premises, hereinafter itemized in Section 1 hereof., lying. within the City of North Olmsted and against which premises assessments had been made and a portion thereof paid, for the preparation of detailed plate and specifications and that said premises were not benefited in any way by .virtue of said sexersge system as now designed and it is not contemplated that said premises can under the existing plans and specifications, be served with sanitary sewers. NOW, 1~:[EH~~ORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby authorized and directed to cancel assessments for the preparation of detailed plans .and specifications fvr a sewerage system which have heretofore been levied on Permanent Parcel Nos. 237-29-10 and 237-30-13 through 24 inclusive, which premises are located on Cedar Point Road, Rainbow Drive and Rocky River. Drive to Lewis Road, in the City of North Olmsted, and which assessments are for the years 1961 through 1979 inclusive, and have been so levied for the purposes of preparing detailed plans and specifications for a sanitary sewerage system for the City of North Olmsted. Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted is hereby authorized and directed to refund to the following named individuals the amounts set opposite their names, such sums as hereinafter shown, which represent payment of or on the special assessments heretofore referred-t~ and identified in Section 1 hereof which by said Section 1, have been cancelledt Street Name Perm.
