Columbia Road, from Elm Road southerly to the Brookpark Road sewer, and thence southerly to M~xstick Road. 2. Gladland Avenue, from, its northerly terminus south to the $3m Ft~.d sewer. Maid sewers as above descried are located an and are of the sues shown on the plans of the Consulting Engineers for the City hereinafter referred to. Section 2. T4aat such sewers s~iall be constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications heretofore prepared by Floyd G. Browne and Aseociates, the Consulting Engineers for the City, and now on file in the office of the 3~irector of Public Service, which piers and specifications and the estimates and profiles therefor are hereby approved; and shall be cc~tructed of the kind of matax~ia7.s specFied in paid pleas and specifications, which by reference thereto are incorporated herein and. made a part hereof. Section 3. Tt is hereby determined and declared that the streets, or parts thereof, which are to be 3mprcyved by the construction of the afar~casid sewers are so situated in relation to cash other that in order to complete the improvement thereof in the most practical and economical manner they should be improved at the same time, with the same kind of mater3.als and in the same manner. Section 4. Z§zat the entire cost of the sewers above described, less a sum at least equal to one fiftieth thereof and the cost of all intersections, sh~.l:l be assessed in proportion to the benefits which mey result therefrom upon all bts and lands bounding and abutting thereon. That the cost of such improvement she'll include the cost of legal services and of obtaining an approving opiAion, the expense of preliminary and ~th~rsurveys, and of printing and publishing the notices, resolutions and ordi~ces required., the servir~ of said notices, and the costs of construction, together with interest on notee and bonds issued in anticipation of the collection of deferred assessments and other necessary expenditures.
