`~~ <br />J ~~ <br />h <br />~_~: <br />CITY OF NORTH OLNiBTED~) v <br />RESOLUTION N0. 61 - b ~5 <br /> ~, <br />F <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT OF CQLIIMBIA ESTATES DEYELOPI~]'T, <br />INC., FOR RECORDING PURPOSES ONLY, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WIiL'}IEAS, the developer of Columbia Estates Development, Inc., has <br />submitted to Council and the Planning Commission, a plot plan of the proposed <br />subdivision which the Planning Commission and Council has detex~ined complies <br />with the ordinances and resolutions of the City relative to lands proposed <br />for street purposes, lot frontages and lot areas but that the Plat have removed <br />prior to recording for record purposes only, the notation, "temporly reel <br />for future street"and further, that Sublot No. 8 be dedicated tQ th+e City for <br />street purposes, and further, that a master plat plat: of the entire area, dated <br />February 21, 1961, be made a part of the permanent records of the City for <br />development of surrounding area. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT BESOLV~} by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio= <br />Section 1: That the Council does hereby approve the plat of Columbia <br />Estates Development, Inc., for record purposes only and directs the developer <br />to forthwith prepare improvement plans for said subdivision in accordancse with <br />the ordinances and resolutions of this City, and further, in connection with <br />the acceptance of this plat, request the developer to file with Council for a <br />part of the permanent records of this city, the master plat plan of the area <br />surrounding said subdivision to assist in future planning of said surrounding <br />area. <br />Section 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare of <br />the City of North Olmsted and such emergency exists by virtue of the necessity of <br />immediately accepting the plat of Columbia Estates Development, Inc. for record <br />purposes only, thereby permitting the developer to proceed with the proposed <br />improvement plans for the area therein shown to be used for street purposes only <br />permitting the development of said lands in accordance with the ordinances and <br />resolutions of this City. <br />Section 3. ~~herefore, this resolution shall take immediate effect from <br />and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />i ~-~~~~ - ~~ ~~l <br />~~ <br />PASSED: ~ ~~ / ~G <br />AT <br />~, --- <br />Louise Hall, Clerk of ouncil <br />e p-~unv~: <br /> <br />of Council J~cTe~ <br />~Mi0.Y 41951 <br /> <br />
