<br />Cuyahoga County Records; thence South 53° 24' 00" West along said center line
<br />of Lorain Road, 68.41 feet; thence South ~;6° 36' 00" East and passing through
<br />an iron pin on the Southeasterly line of Lorain Road, 293.66 feet to an iron
<br />pin; thence North 53° 24' 00" East, 68.41 feet to an iron pin on the North-
