EXHIBIT A <br />- 3 - <br />less, but subject to all legal highways. <br />And subject to the further restriction that the city agrees to maintain <br />access suitable for car and truck traffic to the place of business on the above- <br />described premises during the construction of said sewer. <br />Dindia Parcel° <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of <br />Ohio, and known as being part of Origins]. Dover Township Lot No. 30, and bounded <br />and described as followse <br />Beginning in the center line of Lorain Road (80 feet wide), at its <br />intersection with the center line of Claque Road (60 feet wide); thence North- <br />easterly along the center line of Lorain :Road to the Northwesterly corner of a <br />parcel of land conveyed to Gabriel Kundtz and Theresa Kundtz, by deed ,dated <br />March 9, 1920, and recorded in Volume 2416, Page 614 of Cuyahoga County Records; <br />thence Southerly along the Westerly line of said parcel so conveyed to Gabriel <br />Kundtz and Theresa Kundtz, about 629.10 feet to the Southerly line of said <br />Original Lot No. 30; thence Westerly along said Southerly line, about 289.74 <br />feet to the center line of Claque Road; thence Northwesterly along said center <br />line ~o the place of beginnings be the same more or less, but subject to all <br />legal highways. <br />Excepting from the above-described premises so much thereof as is <br />included within the bounds of Lorain Road as widened to 80 feet by plat recorded <br />in Volume 130 of Maps, Page 240 of Cuyahoga County Records. <br />And sub3ect to tie further restriction that the gasoline pumps located <br />within the said temporary construction right of way are not to be disturbed. <br />
