<br />Paragraph 4 of Section 1 of Grdinance 3093:
<br />In addition to their regular base salary, plus increments ~in.d
<br />other wage increases, all regular members of the Police Department,
<br />including officers, shall on their original appointment to the De-
<br />partment and during the first calendar year following said appoint-
<br />ment, receive X175.00 clothing allowance and shall during each
<br />calendar year following the year after said original appointment,
<br />receive a clothing allowance of ~1U0.00 per year, to be determined
<br />and disbursed by and ~iith the .approval of the Chief of the t'olice
<br />Department.
