CI`T'Y or~ NOp,Tx oLMSTED <br />t~r~OLUTIO]Y N0. 61 <br />~ ,: <br />P <br />Rr~OLUTIUN AU`T'HORIZING THE S~ftVICE DIR'Cr.[`OR TO ADVERTISE <br />r'OR BIDS FOR THE FUI=tNISHING OF 1500 TONS OF SLtiG TO THL <br />CITY, .AND Dr;CLARING f1Ns~RGENCY <br />tiv'HER~AS, the Director of Public Service has reported to Council <br />that it is estimated that the City will require approximately 1500 tons <br />of Slag for the purpose of carrying on its planned Street & Improvement <br />Program and which slag shall be of the various sizes as indicated in the <br />specifications on file in the office of the Director of Public Service ;end <br />which requirement the Council deems to be necessary. <br />NO~a, TH.:%~FOR:~, BE IT F2LSOLV.~;D by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section i. That the Director of Public Service is hereby authorizes. <br />to advertise for bids for the furnishing to the City of 1500 tons of slag of the <br />various sizes in accordance with the specifications on file in the office of tY~e <br />Director of Public Service and ~t~hich specifications will reflect the quantities <br />reauired and the places of delivery as needed by the City. <br />Section 2.
