CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 61-~f~- <br />°, ; ~ f <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO <br />PAY INTEREST AND OTHER FINANCING CHARGES OF <br />SERVICE GARAGE CONSTRUCTION FROM THE CONTINGENCY <br />APPROPRIATION OF THE GENERAL FUND AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, funds in the Service Garage Contruction Fund are <br />insufficient to pay interest and other financing charges of said project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio <br />Section 1: That the Finance Director of the City of North <br />Olmsted be and he is hereby authorized and directed to pay the remaining <br />cost of said project from the Contingency Appropriation of the General <br />Fund. <br />Section 2: Wherefore, this Ordinance 'is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />health and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists <br />by virtue of the necessity of making available sufficient funds to pay <br />interest and other finance charges of the Service Garage Construction. <br />Section 3; Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take immediate <br />effect from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period <br />allowed by law. <br />PASSED; ,~ <br />ATTEST: <br />., <br />..... .~~ <br />Louise Hall, Clerk of Council <br />.., <br />XQRE~ X~d[~iC~CKIC <br />Francis J.
