<br />92-56 INCLtTSIVE IN SHERWOOD ESTATF~ SUBDIVISI01~, BEING A
<br />RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS ON PROPOSED HAMPTON DRIVE WITHIN SAID
<br />SUBDIVISION, AND DECLARING AN L'~?ERGENCY.
<br />FtHEREAS, heretofore by Resolution 3029, enacted May 17, 1960,
<br />Council approved for recording purposes only, the proposed Plat of Sherwood
<br />Estates Subdivision, reflecting therein certain lands for street purposes
<br />and in which proposed Hampton Drive was layed out together with proposed
<br />lots abutting thereon, and
<br />ti~~R„AS, since the acceptance of said Plat of the Developer, for
<br />recording purposes only, the Developer ha,s proposed to the Planning Commission
<br />of this City, the resubdivision of Sublot 92-56 inclusive, on Hampton Drive
<br />within Sherwood Estates Subdivision proposed and which the Planning Commission
<br />has determined to be suitable and in conformity with, the ordinances and resolu-
<br />tions of this City and so recommends to Council its approval of said proposed
<br />resubdivision of the sublot heretofore enumerated abutting proposed Hampton Drive
<br />within Sherwood Estates Subdivision, and
<br />WH~E"f3EAS, Council upon consideration of the request of said Developer.,
<br />and upon the recommendation of the Planning Commission, finds said proposed
<br />resubdivision of the lots abutting on proposed Hampton Drive within Sherwood
<br />Estates Subdivision to meet the rec~uirernents of the ordinances and resolutions
<br />of this City.
<br />NOW, THEHEF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVE) by the Council of the City of North
<br />Olmsted, State of Ohio:
<br />Section l: That the i'lat of Sherwood Estates Subdivision for the
<br />resubdivision of Sublot 92-56 inclusive, abutting proposed Hampton Drive within
<br />said Subdivision, is hereby accepted fo:r recording purposes only.
<br />Section 2: That the Developer, Sherwood Estates Subdivision, is
<br />directed that the improvement plans for the development of Sherwood Estates
<br />Subdivision heretofore approved by this Council, noi; be altered as it affects
<br />proposed Hampton Drive and the resubdivision of said plat referred to in
<br />Section 1 hereof, but in the event said proposed improvement p~.ans for Hampton.
<br />Drive within said Sherwood Estates Subdivision be altered, to serve said re-
<br />subdivision, that amended improvement p:Lans therefor. be prepared and submitted
<br />for Council's approval.
<br />Section 3: t~Iherefore, this resolution is hereby declared to be an
<br />emergency measure and such emergency exists to permit the Developer, Sherwood
<br />Estates Subdivision, to proceed promptly with the completion of the improvements
<br />within Hampton Drive proposed which will permit the completion of the Sherwood
<br />Estates Subdivision in accordance with the ordinances and resolutions of this
<br />City.
<br />Section 4: Wherefore, this resolution shall take effect from and
<br />after its passage, otherwise, at -the earliest period allowed by law,
