McLEAN, TO ASSIST IN '1'HL SUI'ERVISI©N OF THE <br />FINAL INSTALLATION OF I~iECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IN THE S,aNITARY <br />SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT," ENACTED FEBRUARY 'j, 1961, AND :DECLARING <br />AN :E~SER.GENCY <br />~dHERE.~.S, Council has been advised. by the Solicitor, that said <br />Ordinance 61-26, enacted February 7, 1961, was not passed pursuant to the <br />provisions of the City Charter and was in conflict therewith and not in <br />accordance with the rules of council. <br />NOt~', TH~t1;FO.RE, BE IT URD.FIINEI) by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, estate of Ohio: <br />Section is `T'hat ©rdinance 61-26, entitled, "An Ordinance .~uthoriz- <br />ing the Retention of the Resident Inspector (Mechanical} L. k.
