ROAD, EAST SIDE OF NORTH BARYON ROAD, WEST SIDE OF <br />WALT~t ROAD, GdF~T SIDE OF SOUTH BARYON RQ4D, AND DECLARING AN <br />ENIERG~VCY <br />Wes, numerous requests for construction of sidewalks have been <br />made of Council by citizens and the Board of Education and which requests upon <br />due consideration thereof, Council determines to be necessary for the public <br />safety and welfare of the residents of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, T ~H~FO:'E, BE TT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North. <br />Olmsted State of Uhio: <br />Section l: That the Engineer be and he is hereby authorized to <br />prepare plans, profiles, specifications and estimates for the construction of` <br />a five foot concrete public sidewalk on the North side of Porter Road from <br />Brookpark Extension Northerly to the Northerly City Limits, West side of Dover <br />Road to the Northerly City Limits, the East side of North Barton Road from Lorain <br />Road to the Northerly City Limits, irJest side of South Barton Road from Lorain Road. <br />Southerly to the Southerly City Limits, and the location for sidewalk purposes :from <br />South Barton Road to the Chestnut School premises on which wi.1.1 be constructed a <br />sidewalk. <br />Section 2: Wherefores this Resolution is hereby determined to be are <br />:E~'~~~gency measure and such emergency exists to permit the earliest construction <br />of a sidewalk on said streets which Council determines to be necessary for the <br />preservation of the public safety and welfare of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 3: Wherefore, this Resolution shall take immediate effect <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by l.aw. <br />PASSED: ,~ ,>'2 / ~ ~/"~~_ <br />A`I'TEST~ <br />.~'° = a .~t'° °~' <br />~~~ <br />t"° Louise Hall, Clerk of Council Bruce MacDonald, President of Council <br />.~PRav~D: <br />,~~ ~r /f ~ i>~ <br />r f~' <br />Paul J.~C~areau~ Mayor <br />f <br />;~ <br />~~. <br />~~ ~~ ~ ,. <br />
