Park Lane -Beginning at b1<~,stick Road a.nd thencE~ southeasterly to the terminus. in accordance with resolution I`do. 31 y8 passed January 3, 1961, and in accordance. with the plans, specifications, estimates and profiles heretofore approved and now on file in the office of the Director of Public Service; and reference is made to said plans and specifications for the charactea° of the materials whicf may be bid upon for said improvernwnt, and for such purpose are by such refererac, incorporated herein. Section 2. That all claims for damages resulting therefrom that have beer legally filed shall be inquired into after the completion of the proposed improv,~- ment, and the Solicitor shall be, and he is hereby authorized and directed, to institute legal proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction to inquiz•e into any claims that have been so filed. Section 3. That the entire cost of those sewers above designated ws item: 10, 11, 12 and 13 shall be assumed and paid by the City.
