IN THE SANITARY SEi+IAGP TREA.TME~iT PLAI~T'I', AND <br />D,ECLA$IZtG AN E~lERGE~TCY <br />Section 1. The Service Director is requested and authorized <br />to notify Floyd G. Browne & Associates, Consulting ~tigineers, to restore <br />Resident Inspector (Mechaxiieal.~:,; r} L. K. McLean, to duty at the Sanitary <br />Sewage Treatment Plant for the purposes of assisting i.n the supervis~iari <br />of the ixu~tallation of mechanical equipment in said treatment plant now <br />about to be completed. <br />Section 2. 1~l.erefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure, and su.eh emergency exists by virtue of the determina- <br />tion of Council of the neab3ssity of retaining the Resident Snapector <br />(Mechanical) L.K. McLean until the completicra of the installation of <br />mechanical equipment in the Sanitary Sewage Treatment Plant for not <br />longer than a period of two months estimated to be the ~a.~rim;~ period <br />required to complete the installation of such equipment all far the <br />preservation of the public health, safety and welfare of the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />Section 3.
