Coe subdivision, No. 1, 97-35• <br />12. Theresa Lane - Beginning at Walter Rd. andEthence westerly to <br />a point approximately 60 ft. west of east line <br />of lots 21 and 2~+, Lessner Estates subdivision <br />155.32. <br />13. Ambour Drive - Beginning at Claque Rd. and thence westerly, <br />southerly and westerly to the Cul-de-sac Circle <br />at the western terminus of Ambour Dr. <br />14. Frank St. Extension - Beginning at Frank St. and thence north to <br />Maple Ridge Road, <br />15.. Beech Lane Extension - Beginning at the western terminus of Beech Lane <br />and thence northeast and north to Leberne Drive. <br />Said sewers as above described are .located on and are of the sizes shown on <br />the plans of the Consulting Engineers for the City hereinafter referred to. <br />Section 2. That such sewers shall be constructed in accordance with the plans <br />and specifications heretofore prepared by Floyd G. Browne and Associates, the <br />Consulting Engineers for the City, and now on file in the office of the Director <br />of Public Service, which plans and specifications and the estimates and profiles <br />therefor are hereby approved; and shall be constructed of the kind of materials <br />specified in said plans and specifications, which by reference thereto are incorpo- <br />rated herein and made a part hereof. <br />Section 3. It is hereby determined and declared that the streets, or parts <br />thereof, which are to be improved by construction of the aforesaid sewers are so <br />situated in relation to each other that in order to complete the improvement thereof <br />in the most practical and economical manner they should be improved at the same <br />time, with the same kind of materials and in the same manner. <br />Section ~. That the entire cost of those sewers above designated as items 1~+ and <br />15 shall be assumed and paid by the City. That the entire cast of all of the <br />other sewers above described, to-wit, items 1 to l3, inclusive, less one-fiftieth <br />thereof and the cost of all intersections, shall be assessed ~ proportion to the <br />benefits which may result therefrom upon all lots and lands bounding and abutting <br />thereon. <br />That the cost of such improvement sha11 include the cost of legal services and <br />of obtaining an approving opinion, the expense of preliminary and other surveys, and <br />2 <br />
