CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 62 - - ~.~ <br />,~`~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZQNE MAC ADOPTED AS PART OF ORDINANCE <br />N0. 62-33 KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, BY CHANGING THE DESIGNATIONi THEREON OF CERTAIN LAND <br />HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS (AND OTHERWISE l~N <br />AS PART OF THE CLAUDE M. BOWEN PARCEL) FROM ITS PRESENT DESIGNATION <br />THEREON AS CLASS C RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO THAT OF MULTIPLE RESIDENCE <br />DISTRICT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED By the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the official zone map of the City of North <br />Olmsted adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33, known as the Zoning Ordinance <br />of the City of North Olmsted, be amended by changing the designation thereon <br />of a part of a parcel of land known as part of the Claude M. Bowen parcel <br />and described by metes and bounds in two sections as follows: <br />Parcel No. l: Situated in The City of North Olmsted, County <br />of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being <br />part of Original Dover Township Lot No. 30 and bounded and described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning in the Northeasterly line of Clague Road (60 <br />feet wide) at the Northwesterly corner of land conveyed to Charles F. <br />Ludwig and H. R. Ludwig by deed dated February 23, 1962 and recorded in <br />Volume 10352, Page 179 of Cuyahoga County Deed Records, which point <br />is distant North 21°-(?6'-00" West 230.00 feet therein from its point <br />of intersection with the Northwesterly line of Lorain Road (80 feet wide); <br />Thence North 62~-26'-00' East 163.75 feet along the Northwesterly line <br />of land so conveyed to Charles F. Ludwig and H.R. Ludwig to the North- <br />easterly corner thereof, being also the Northwesterly corner of land <br />conveyed to E.G. Kinloch et al, Trustee, b+lt deed dated September 22, <br />1960 and recorded Volume 9980, Page 441 of Cuyahoga County Deed Records; <br />Thence North 53°-58'-17" East 59.29 feet along the Northwesterly line <br />of land ~o conveyed to E.G. Kinloch et al, Trustee, to a point; Thence <br />North 21 -06'-00" West 62.10 feet parallel with said Northeasterly line <br />of Clague Road to a point; Thence South 53°-58'-17" West 70.85 feet parallel <br />with said Northwesterly line of land so conveyed to E.G.Kinloch et al, <br />Trustee, to a point; Thence South 62°-26'-00" West 152.51 feet parallel <br />with said Northwesterly line of land so conveyed to Charles F. Ludwig <br />and H.R. Ludwig to a point in said Northeasterly line of Clague Road; <br />Thence South 21°-Ob'-00'' East 60.38 feet along said Northeasterly tine <br />of Clague Road to the place of beginning, according to a Survey by <br />Robert H. ~3rause, Sr., Registered Ohio Surveyor No. 2885, in November <br />1962, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways. <br />Parcel No. 2: Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County <br />of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being <br />part of Original Dover Township Lot No. 30 and bounded and described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of land conveyed <br />to The Cleveland Trust Company be deed dated May 8, 1935, and recorded <br />in Volume 4510, Page 473 of Cuyahoga County Deed Records, distant <br />North 0 11' 41" <br />
