Each day during which such violation shall <br />continue shall constitute a separate offense. In addition <br />to the foregoing, the Building Commissioner shall, upon <br />his determination of a violation of this chapter, suspend <br />any permit theretofore issued to such offender and order all <br />work to cease in connection with. such permit until any and <br />all violations of the provisions of this chapter are cured <br />or removed." <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Chapter 1341 Codified Ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted Section 1341.99 entitled PENALTY: <br />Any person found guilty of violating the provisions <br />of this chapter shall be fined an amount not to exceed fifty <br />dollars (550.00).
