CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0, ~~-~..~ <br />BY ~ ~- ~ <br />._._~ <br />,AN`.:plClri~~fRNCB ~tl-'1'MIpRI Y1 MC AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSES#M1E!!'1'S ;ON PERMAlIENT PARCEL NO. 232-33-29 <br />, BEING AN ASSESSt+IENT FOR preparation of plans <br />and specifications for sanitary sewers <br />, ANO DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the <br />Auditor of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />WHEREAS, Ruth and Geo. Krynak of 4711 Canterbury Rd. <br />have paid the sum of ~ 99.28 in paym~t of said special asses~nts, in <br />advance, for the tax years 19 63through 1979 , incisive, tither with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 232-33-29 <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 63 through 19 79 , <br />inclusive, assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications <br />for sanitary sewers. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North <br />Olmsted is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on <br />such assessments for the period 19 63 through 19 79, inclusive, art~untin8 to <br />$ 99.28 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of the Council is hereby directed to <br />forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of fbyahoga County, <br />Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />health and welfare of tho City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by <br />virtue of the necessity of cancelling. the special assessments on Permanent <br />Parcel No. 232-33-29 ,for preparation of plans and specifications for <br />sanitary sewers. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, <br />~~ ~ ~~ <br />fit'.,'--~-e-~ , ~" 6 <br />Ordinance shat l take effect i mtseeli ately <br />at the earliest period alliwed by law. <br />~ ;F <br />~,/~ President of Coun i i ~+= F ~.~ <br />ATTEST: <br />l <br />tl z-.~.-,~.__ t <br />Louise Natl, Clark of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />aul J.
