<br />WHEREAS, special a~~es+ts hand bean csrtifla~d by the
<br />Auditor of the City of North Glmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of h~rht~ Caunty
<br />for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewells.
<br />bAiEREAS,doseph and Margaret Hoisibauer of 5535 Revere Dr.
<br />have paid the sum of $ 19.89 in payment of said spacial assassstents, in
<br />aslvanc~ for the tax years 19 63 throw 19 79 , inclsiva, together with
<br />accrurtd it~tarest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 235-i6-30 ,
<br />in the City of North Olmsted.
<br />NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of
<br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio:
<br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be end he is
<br />hereby authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 63 throw 19 79,
<br />inclusive, assessments in full for preparation of plans and speci ications
<br />for sanitary sewers.
<br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North
<br />Olmsted is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on
<br />such assessments for the period 19 63 through 19 79 , inclusive, amounting to
<br />$ 19.89bn said parcel.
<br />Section 3: That the Clark of the Council is hereby directed to
<br />forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County,
<br />Ohio.
<br />Section 4: Whe rofore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be
<br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
<br />health and welfa~s of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by
<br />virtue of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent
<br />Parcel No. 235-16-30 ,for the preparation of plans and specifications
<br />for sanitary sewers.
<br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take affect immediately
<br />- from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period aliiwed by law.
