<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE No. 62 -- o7D <br />Y <br />AN ORD NANCE AMENDING THE ZONE MAP ADOPTED AS PART <br />OF ORDINANCE No. 62-33 (KNOI-1'N AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED) BY CHANGING THE DESIGNA- <br />TION THEREON OF CERTAIN LAND HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED BY <br />METES AND BOUNDS <AND OTHERWISE KNOUu'N AS PART OF THE <br />ROSE TREE SUB DIVISI(JN PARCEL) FROM ITS PRESENT DE- <br />SIGNATIUN THEREON ~F CLASS C RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO <br />THAT OF MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the official Zone Map of the City <br />of North Olmsted adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33, known <br />as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of North Olmsted, be <br />amended by changing the designation thereon of a parcel of land <br />known as part of the Rose Tree Subdivision parcel and described <br />by metes and bounds as follows: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio and being known as part of Original Dover <br />Township Lots Nos. 29 and 30 and bounded and described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at a point in the centerline of Claque Road Cb0 <br />feet wide) distant North 21° 6' t~Vest 601.31 feet from the <br />intersection of said centerline of Claque Road and center- <br />line of Lorain Road (RO feet wide); <br />Thence, South 74° 0' 21't West a distance of 299.80 feet; <br />Thence, South 210 6t East a distance of 9.25 feet; <br />Thence, South 890 15' 40" East a distance of 169.81 feet; <br />Thence, South 37° 36' East a distance of 40 feet to a <br />point in the centerline of a rice ditch; <br />Thence, Southwesterly along; the centerline of said rice <br />ditch a distance of about 490 feet; <br />Thence, North 66° East a distance of about 330 feet to a <br />point; <br />Thence, North 26° West a distance of 570 feet to a point in <br />the Southerly line of a proposed East-West street in the <br />said Rose Tree Subdivision; <br />Thence, Southeasterly along said Southeasterly line of said <br />proposed East-West street a distance of about 6b0 feet to <br />the centerline of Claque Road; <br />Thence, South 21° 6' East a distance of 12~'J feet to the place <br />of beginning. <br />from its present designation of Class C Residence District to that <br />of Multiple Dwelling District. <br />Section 2: That the actual amendment be made on the <br />official Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted to reflect the <br />change set forth in Section 1 herein. <br />.,~:~rin,,~, ..., ,.,~_.. ~ <br />
