Q3 feet from the most <br />Easterly corner of land aparted and set off to Francis <br />ti"~itham in the partition of the Jeremiah Witham Estate as <br />recorded in Volume 152, Page 497 of the Cuyahoga County <br />Common Pleas Court. <br />Thence, North 64° West 560 feet to a point in the South- <br />easterly line of a proposed street (b0 feet wide) in the <br />Rose Tree Subdivision.
