~, ... <br />CITY OF NORTH C)LNtS'I'EL:~ <br />OR`~INANCE No. 62 "~O <br />By ~r~ <br />AN ORT}I NANCE A'~~1E~~TP1 Nf ~ THE ZONE ~~9AP ADOPTED AS PART OF <br />ORDINANCE No. 62-33 (KNOWN AS TT-il: ZONING ORDINANCE OF <br />THE CITY OF NORTI~ JLMSTED) BY CHANGING THE DESIGNATION <br />THEREON OF CERTAIN LAN~3 HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED BY METES <br />AND BOUNDS (AND OTHERWISE Kl~rO-~~N AS THE SOUTHERLY PORTION <br />OF ROSE TREE SUBDIVISION PARCEL NEAR THE NORTHWEST <br />CORNER OF THE INT:rRSECTION' OF CLAGUE ROAD AND LORAIN <br />ROAD) FRO~~T ITS PRESEIti1TT DESIGNATION TH~~REON OF CLASS C <br />RES I DEiVCE '?I STR I CT 'l' ~ TH:gT OF TWO FAMILY RES I llENCE <br />DISTRICT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the official Zone leap of the City of <br />North Olmsted adopted as a part of Ordinance No. 62-33, known as <br />the Zoning Ordinance of the City of North Olmsted, be amended by <br />changing the designation thereon of a .parcel of land known as the <br />southerly portion of the Rose Tree Subdivision parcel near the <br />northwest corner of the intersection of Claque Road and Lorain <br />Road and described by metes and bounds as follows: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio and being known as part of the Original <br />Hover Townshii~ Lot Nos. 29 and 30, bounded and described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at a stone monument distant North 37° 55' West <br />a distance of 434.75 feet from a point in the centerline <br />of Lorain Road ( 80 feet wide ) which r~oint is distant South <br />Si° 57' West a distance of 134. Q3 feet from the most <br />Easterly corner of land aparted and set off to Francis <br />ti"~itham in the partition of the Jeremiah Witham Estate as <br />recorded in Volume 152, Page 497 of the Cuyahoga County <br />Common Pleas Court. <br />Thence, North 64° West 560 feet to a point in the South- <br />easterly line of a proposed street (b0 feet wide) in the <br />Rose Tree Subdivision. (Preliminary Plat, Rose Tree Sub- <br />division, May, 1~J62, Alex Kanareff & Associates, Surveyors). <br />Thence, North 26° East along said Southeasterly line of said <br />proposed. street about 630 feet to its intersection with the <br />southerly line of a second proposed East-West street in said <br />proposed Rose Tree Subdivision. <br />Thence, South 74° East along said Southerly line of said <br />East-West proposed street a distance of 210 feet to a point; <br />Thence, South 26° East about 570 feet to a point; <br />Thence, South. 66o West a distancE~ of 330 feet to a point; <br />Thence, Southwesterly to the place of beginning. <br />from its present designation thereon of Class C Residence District <br />to that of Two-Family Residence Distract. <br />. , y, <br />
