CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION No. 62 - ~ 9a <br />y ---r-- <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TH;E REVISET? IMPROVEMENT PLANS <br />FOR SANITARY SEt~ER ANB WATER LINE ON A SECTION OF <br />REVERE T}RIYE IN JOSEPH HOISLBAUBR'S BEVERLY HILLS <br />PARK ESTATES, AND D~LARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />V~fHEREAS, the irnprovernent plans for Joseph <br />Hoislbauer's Beverly Hills Park Estates have been previously <br />approved; and <br />WHT3REAS, a revised plan for the improvements <br />of a section of Revere Drive therein has now been filed showing <br />the re-location of about six hundred feet of sanitary sewer <br />and the re-location of six hundred feet of water line; and <br />WHEREAS, said revised plans have been <br />approved by the Planning Commission and the City Engineer <br />reports that the subject revised plans meet the requirements <br />of the ordinances and resolutions of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Council does hereby approve the <br />revised improvement plans for a section of Revere Drive in <br />Joseph Hoislbauer's Beverly Hills Park Estates in accordance <br />with said plans now on file and providing for appr0xi~aa.tely <br />six hundred feet of sanitary sewer and the re-location of <br />approximately six hundred feet of water line, and finds that <br />said plans meet the requirements of the ordinances and resolu- <br />tions of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section ~: That this Resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the <br />public peace, health, safety and welfare of the City by virtue <br />of the fact that immediate approval is required so that the <br />orderly development of the City may proceed as rapidly as <br />possible; WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br />PASSEDz ~i~"~ ~ ~ ~~~~' <br />X 4~1[( <br />k~(XC~IU~X <br />Ralph E.
