CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE No. 62 .. ~ 9 ~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO <br />A CONTRACT WITH THE CITY OF BAY VILLAGE, OHIO, <br />FOR THE MUTUAL EXCHANGE OF FIRE FIGHTING SERVICES, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of 4hios <br />Section 1: That the Mayor be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the City <br />of Bay Village, Ohio, for the mutual exchange of fire fighting <br />services and equipment; said contract to be in the form of <br />all other mutual aid fire agreements entered into by the City <br />of North Olmsted except that said contract shall remain in force <br />and effect indefinitely unless either party thereto gives thirty <br />days written notice of withdrawal thereof. <br />Section 2: That this <br />be an emergency measure necessary <br />health and welfare and shall take <br />upon its passage and approval by <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br />Ordinance is hereby declared to <br />for the public peace, saf ety, <br />effect and be in force immediately <br />the Mayor, otherwise, at the <br />PASSED: `,':, ~`- °'? ~'. /~1'L <br />-~-- <br />XX <br />~~XJ~g4~A( <br />Ralph E.
