CLTY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 62 -/'" <br />By ~~ ~~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE RATE TO BE PAID <br />TO CITY OFFI CIALS FOR MILEAGE WHILE DRIVING <br />THEIR PERSONAL AUTOMOBILES ON AUTHORIZED TRIPS <br />OUT OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Auditor of the State of Ohio has <br />suggested that good accounting practice would be served b~ the <br />adoption of an ordinance establishing an official .rate at which <br />city officials should be reimbursed for the use of their personal <br />automobiles on authorized trips out of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT QRDAINED by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Council hereby establishes an <br />official rate of 10~ per mile for reimbursement to city c~f~icials for <br />the use of their personal automobiles on authorized trips out of the <br />City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public <br />peace, health, safety and welfare of the City by virtue of the immediate <br />necessity of establishing an official rate for reimbursement for mileage <br />of city officials; WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by <br />law. <br />PAS S ED -~C- ~ /F~ / 9~ <br />Bruce MacDonald, President of Council <br />ATTEST: <br />---, <br />-- <br />' zz.~. <br />Louise Hall, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: -~ <br />~ ,.. <br />,, ~; <br />...,,~ ~" E t ~~,,. r .. <br />Pau J.
