CITY OF NORTH OL~iSTED <br />RES`JLUTION No. 62 --~/~ <br />By ~1~1.~ ?2 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCE~'TING FOR DEDI.CAT:iON REVERE DRIVE <br />FOR A DISTANCE OF ONLY 1,577.66 FEET FROA1 THE CENTER <br />LINE OF BUTTERNUT RIllGE ROAD, POMPTON DRIVE AND <br />GLOUCESTER TJRIVE IN TI-t.E BEVERLY HILLS PARK ESTATES, <br />Ai'1D DECLAhING AN ±~'~iEIZtEtVCY. <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to the <br />Council that Revere ~~rive for a distance of only 1,577.66 <br />feet from the center line of '3utternut Ridge Road, Pompton <br />Drive and Gloucester llrive in Joe Hoislbauerts Beverly Hills <br />Park Estates has been completed in accordance with the plans <br />and specifications filed with the City of North Olmsted at <br />the time when the plat and improvements plans for said Sub- <br />division were accepted for recording purposes only except <br />far certain sidewalks for which. a surety bond has been posted. <br />NOtai, THtREFJRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That this Council does hereby accent for <br />dedication Revere ??rive for a distance of only 1,577.66 feet <br />from the center line of ?3utternut Ridge Road, Pompton Drive <br />and Gloucester ?give in Joe Hoislbauerts Beverly Hills Park <br />Estates. <br />Section 2: That the surety bond heretofore pasted to <br />assure the installation of sidewalks be retained. <br />Section 3: That this Resolution is hereby determined to <br />be an emergency measure necessary far the preservation of the <br />public health, safetyT and welfare, such emergency existing by <br />virtue of the necessity of fixing the responsibility of the <br />City for the safety, maintenance and protection of the street <br />involved; WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately upon its passaf?e, otherwise at the earliest <br />period allowed by lauT. <br />i~f-'a- C"-/9-6 `L <br />L,. ~ ©-z - 6 1- <br />Bruce Mac Donald, President <br />of Council <br />ATTEST: <br />Louise Hall, Clerk o Council <br />APPROVED: <br />.~ ~~,~y~~.U ij, <br />~.til.
