CITY OF NORTH OL~~ISTE17? <br />RESOLUTION No. 62 --/~ <br />y <br />,. <br />A FZESOLUTIOi'~t ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION ST+:~NEY?3RX?K <br />P.RIVE, WEST 233rd STREET AN13 GREENWOOFi LANE IN THE <br />OHIO SHORES CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION'S STONEYBROOK <br />ESTATES SURL~IVISION, AND DECLARING AN E~~IERGENCY, <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to <br />the Council that Stoneybrook Drive, West 233rd Street and <br />Greenwood Lane in the Ohio Shores Construction Corporation's <br />Stoneybrook Estates Subdivision have been completed in <br />accordance with the plans and specifications filed with the <br />City of North Olmsted at the time when the plat and improve- <br />ment glans for said Subdivision were accepted for recording <br />purposes only e~,cent for certain sidewalks for which a surety <br />bond has been poster. <br />NOW, THEREF~JRE, 13E IT RES~LVE~~ by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That this Council does hereby accept for <br />dedication Stoneybrook Drive, West 233rd Street and Greenwood <br />Lane in The Ohio Shores Construction Corporation's Stoneybrook <br />Estates Subdivision. <br />Section 2: That the surety bond heretofore posted to <br />assure the installation of sidewalks be retained. <br />Section 3: That this Resolution is hereby determined to <br />be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, such emergency existing by <br />virtue of the necessity of fixing the responsibility of the <br />City for the safety, maintenance and protection of the streets <br />involved; WHEREF~3RE, this Resolution. shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: 9 ~_ <br />/sa/~~ ~C ; , , resident k'~f~,~ <br />~'s~""'~ti` of Council <br />ATTES <br />_, .. <br />~ ~ "_ ~ ~-- <br />Louise Hall, Clerl{ of Council <br />,_. <br />APPR D• <br />r <br />Paul J. r`eau, Msyor <br />~.~~? <br />~~ 9 <br />
