Intl-IEREAS, the completion of Great Northern ~ioule- vard, proposed, will require the acquisition of the land herein- after described in order that a safe turning radius may be pro- vided for the connection of the two streets. NOW, THEREFORE, BF. IT R:ESCLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1: That the Director of Public Service ~~e and he is hereby authorized to negotiate with 'Minnie 5chmeller for the purchase of the parcel of land described as follows: to-wit: Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and further known as part of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 22, Tract \To. b, bounded and described as follows: Beginning; at an iron pin in a rnonument box at the intersection of the South line of Original Olmsted ~l-~ownship Lot No. 22, Tract No. 6 with the centerline of Kennedy Ridge Road, 60 feet wide.
