CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 62-148 <br />• Q~ <br />sY ,y <br />AN-~KtiCE AUTNORiZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />Of SPECIAL ASSESSiTS t>irl PERI~ANirNT PARCEL NO. 233-5-13 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR WATER LINE CONSTRUCTION <br />, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, spacial assessments have been certified by the <br />Auditor of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />for the construction of a water line. <br />WHEREAS, Roger and Kathryn Pauly of 5893 Barton Rd., <br />1~ave paid the sum of $ 199,08 in payment of said special asse~saants, in <br />advance, for the tax years 19 62 throw 19 64 , inclsive, togatf-er with <br />accrued interest levied therm against Permanent Parcel No. 233-5-13 , <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, TIIEREFi?RE, BE 1 T ORDAINED by the Counci 1 of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 62 through i9 64 , <br />inclusive, assessments in full for water line construction. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North <br />Olmsted is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on <br />such assessments for the period 19 62 through 19 64, inclusive, amounting to <br />$ 199.08 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of the Council is hereby directed to <br />forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of t'#~yal'noga County, <br />Ohio, <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />health and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by <br />virtue of the necessity of cancelling the special assessnssnts on Permanent <br />Parcel No. 233-5-13 ,for water line construction. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall talks dffact imnpeciiately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period alldwad by law. <br />PASSED c_, ~~_~` <br />6' <br />Bruce MacOonsld, resident of Council <br />ATTEST: <br />Louise Nall, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />Paul J.
