CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION No. 62-i36 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING, FOR RECORD PURPOSBS ONLY, <br />THE PLAT OF FRANKLIN BROS. SUBDIVISION No. 1, <br />PR4P4SED, AND DECLARING AN EMBRGBNCY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of Franklin Bros. Subdivision <br />N©. 1, proposed, has heretofore been filed with the Planning <br />Commission and approved by it including thirty t34) sublots <br />and one street, namely: Sharon Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, Council has been advised by the City <br />Bngineer that said plat meets all of the requirements of the <br />ordinances and resolutions of this City. <br />Niel, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohiot <br />Section la That this Council hereby determines that <br />the plat of Franklin Bros.
