CITY OF NoRTx oLMST.BD <br />ORDINANCE No. 62 ~/.~~ <br />By <br />AN ORDINANCE AI~NpING 4RDINANC$ No. 3154, BNACTED <br />NOVEi+~SBR 1, 19b0, BNTTTLED "ORDINANCE CREATit <br />THE POSITION OF CLERICAL ASSISTANT TO THE BUTLDING <br />COi~I SS I ONER" AND ~ECLAR I NG AN BAiBR(~BAfCY. <br />iKHB~ItBAS, Council has determined that the <br />Building Commissioner is in need of a clerical assistant on <br />a full-time basis in order that the tserk of his department <br />may be expedited and kept up to date. <br />NOW, THERIIFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted State of Ohios <br />Section is That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3I54~. enacted <br />November 1, 196©, reading as followsz <br />"That there is hereby created the position of <br />Clerical Assistant to the Building Comassoner on <br />a part-tree basis, and authorizing the Building COae- <br />seissioner to determine the hours and days for such <br />Assistant, as in his opinion will be most efficient <br />in the operation of his department." <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as f oliows; <br />"That the position of Clerical Assistant to the <br />Building C©mseiasioner shall be a full-tine p®sition <br />as of July 15, 1962, and the annual salary therefor <br />effective July iS, 1962 is hereby set at $3,648.4." <br />Section 2: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3154 as <br />enacted on November 1, 1964, is hereby repealed ass cif July 15, <br />1462, concurrently with the effective date of the changes herein <br />made. <br />Section 3z That this Ordinance isa hereby declared to <br />be ate emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the <br />public peace, health, safety and welfare of the City by virtue <br />of the immediate necessity of full-time assistance to the Building <br />COn~eis8i0ller Of the City of North Olnssted so that the wssrk of hits <br />department may be kept up to date; WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, other- <br />wise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: u~~ ~ fd / 96 ~ t <br />f9 <br />ip hr ~twan, res dent <br />pro-tem of Council <br />ATTE <br />Lore ffie .Half, Clerk o uacil <br />APPROVEDz <br />u <br />u, <br />i~~~ <br />7 i/-6. <br />
