.r ~ ,-~ CITY OF NORTH C7I,MSTED ORDINANCE No. 62 AN ORDINANCB AMENDING ORDINANCE No. i1-100 BNACTBD MAY' 16, 1961, FIXING COMPENSATION OF CLERK OF COUNCIL, AND DECLARING AN BMERGBNCY. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohioa Section la That Section 1 of Ordinance 61-100, tn- acted May 16, 1961, reading as followss "Effective May 16, 1961, the Auditor be and is hereby directed and authorized to pay to the Clerk of Council the sum of $205.00 per month and each m~ thereafter for the services performed by said Clerk of Ccauncil which shall be those services required to be performed by the Clerk of Council under the charter of the City and for those services as from time to tine are de- termined to be necessary to be performed by the Clerk of Council and which at this time include as hereto- fore determined by Council, the necessity of pr~~ring a list of Hanes and addresses of all property owners to be assessed for a portion of the sanitary sewerage system now in the process of construction, and the Hanes and addresses of such owners of lands as are necessary for the service of all notices required by law to be made in perfecting assessments for improvements authorised by Council". be and the same is hereby amended to read as followsa "Effective July 15, 1962, the Director of Finance be and is hereby directed and authorized to pay to the Clerk of Council the sum of $215.25 per month and each thereafter for the services performed by said Clerk of Council which shall be those services required to be performed by the Clerk of Council under the charter of the City and for those services as from time to time are de- termined to be necessary to be performed by the Clerk of Council and which at this time include as heretofore de- ternined by Council, the necessity of preparing a list of naves and addresses of all property owners to be assessed for a portion of the sanitary sewerage system now in the process of construction, and the names and addresses of such owners of lands as are necessary for the service of all notices re- quired by law to be made in perfecting assessments for ix- provenents authorized by Council." Section 2 That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 61-100 as amended May 16, 1961 is hereby repealed as of July 15, 1962, concurrently with the effective date of the increase herein granted.
