[~1~ttSALARI ES, WAGES AND <br />BONDS OF APPOINTED OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED", AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />BE I T ORDAINED by the Counci 1 of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That Section 3 of Ordinance 61-103, en- <br />acted May 16, 1961, reading as follows: <br />"That beginning May 16, 1961, the salaries of appointed <br />officials and employees are hereby fixed and determined to <br />be as follows: <br />Mayor's Secretary <br />Clerical & Secretarial <br />Building Commissioner <br />Building Inspector <br />Safety Director <br />Custodian of Public Buildings <br />Service Director <br />$ 4,421.24 Annually <br />250.00 to 375.00 per month <br />6,446.93 Annual]y <br />4,818.52 Annually <br />1,800.00 Annually <br />4,766.50 Annually <br />7,175.00 Annually" <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />'`'That beginning Juty 15, 1962, the salaries of appointed <br />officials and employees are hereby fixed and determined to <br />be as follows: <br />Mayor's Secretary <br />Clerical & Secretarial <br />Building Commissioner <br />Building Inspector <br />Safety Director <br />Custodian of Public Buildings <br />Service Director <br />$ 4,642.34 Annually <br />250.00 to 375.00 per month <br />7,000.00 Annually <br />5,500.00 Annually <br />2, l 00.,8d3;sAnnual ly <br />4,766.50 Annually <br />7,500.00 Annually" <br />Section 2: That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 61-103, <br />enacted May 16, 1961, is hereby repealed as of July 15, 1962, <br />concurrently with the effective date of the changes herein made. <br />,._. <br />Section 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public pease, health, <br />safety and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact of the immediate necessity of <br />adjusting compensation for City employees so as to make such compensation commensurate <br />with the requirements of the various jobs; WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: July 10, 1862 <br />ATTEST: <br />-~-~ <br />Louise Haii, Clerk of Council <br />., , ~ 1 <br />Ra ph ris man, President Pro-Tem <br />of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />ul J.
